He founded a business in the winter outdoor recreational space and grew it to the largest in its category. He cofounded and launched a SAAS company in the incentives space that he successfully exited and that now has grown to over 400 people. And he served as president of his family's $100+ million manufacturer of summer recreation products. In addition, Andy has served on the boards of a number of private-equity backed portfolio companies.
