Blessed with an insatiable curiosity and always seeking knowledge, Andy has found that few companies in the lower middle market are truly taking advantage of deploying the proper frameworks to allow them to get to the next level. Andy became convinced of the efficacy and superiority of the Metronomics / 3HAG system after months of deep research comparing the top approaches businesses were utilizing. An alumnus of Harvard Business School's prestigious Owner President Management Program, Andy also holds a Juris Doctor from Carey Law at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School.
Andy has been a member of YPO (Young President's Organization) for over 20 years and is currently a member of both the US Capitol Gold Chapter and the international Mosaic Chapter.
