About Andy Fireman

Andy has been an entrepreneur, successful founder and CEO for many years. He served as president of his family's $100+ million manufacturer of summer recreation products. He founded a business in the winter outdoor recreational space and grew it to the largest in its category in only six years. He cofounded and launched a SAAS company in the incentives space that he successfully exited and that now has grown to over 400 people. . In addition, Andy has served on the boards of a number of private-equity backed portfolio companies.

Andy has been where you are and will understand the challenges you and your team are facing. Far from being a typical capital partner, you will see that Andy will quickly "get it".

He has a passion for backing entrepreneurs with "the right stuff" and has worked with a number of startups over the years. Andy's true passion though is helping lower middle market companies take the next step forward: to develop highly differentiated strategies that are extremely compelling to the core customer and to position them in ways that are difficult for competitors to copy.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School's prestigious three-year Owner President Management Program, Andy also holds a Juris Doctor from Carey Law at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School.

Andy has been a member of YPO (Young President's Organization) for over 20 years and is currently a member of both the US Capitol Gold Chapter and the international Mosaic Chapter. He is actively involved with a number of philanthropic activities in his local community, nationally and internationally and runs his family's charitable foundation in addition to their Family Office.
